Business Intelligence Support
The change++ support team provides dedicated second-line support to your existing service desk. Support is a major function in change++ and not something offered as an ‘add-on’ to our consultancy and development services. This means clients have access to a skilled team with in-depth knowledge of their systems, who are available to respond quickly to issues. You’ll talk directly to the person responsible for resolving a query, we’ll usually be able to estimate a response time and will always update you if there’s a delay in resolving an issue.
We don’t just support the systems we’ve built for clients either. We look after several clients with IBM Cognos systems where the original support arrangement has changed and who want a new partner to manage support for them. Support is a service we prioritise to make sure your business isn’t compromised by delays or queries.
