We're a medium-sized team, have been around since 1996 and have grown consistently in size and turnover since then. We’re really proud of the fact that many of our clients – all major household names – have been using us for over 15 years; we still support some of the first performance management systems we built for them. Our team stays too – our senior consultants all have backgrounds in software development and have been with us for at least 10 years, two having joined on graduation and stayed.
We invest heavily in training to make sure we’re fully accredited to use all the products we recommend. Most of the people we work with refer us to colleagues and that's how the business has grown. We care about doing a good job and delivering on commitments.
So what does this mean for you?
There’s not much we don’t know about Business Intelligence and reporting so you get the benefit of our years of experience to save time and costs. We use the most current tools so you’ll get an objective opinion on what’s best for your business. We’re happy to just advise at the start of a Business Intelligence project or manage the whole process but whatever our involvement you’ll get a dedicated team. Clients say they really enjoy working with us, we’re honest and reliable and will always go the ‘extra mile’ – which is true. Try us.
Della has spent most of her career ‘delivering information’ and founded change++ in 1996 after working as an internal MIS consultant at Whitbread. With experience of all the major Business Analytics toolsets and vendors, Della knows how to best help clients create the most effective BI systems, but is particularly proud of the fact that her team can now demonstrate a similar depth and breadth of knowledge.
Away from the office Della’s often found tramping round muddy fields with her young Labrador, Evie.
Nick is our technical lead for Microsoft Data Analytics and is passionate about helping clients to get the best from their investment using Microsoft’s capable BI product set. He also specialises in IBM Cognos TM1 and Office automation and over the last 15 years has built strong relationships with our long-standing clients for his expertise in reporting.
At home he likes to relax by dreaming about fast cars, sailing big yachts and beating reluctant laptops into submission.
If you want an answer to an IBM Cognos question then ask Matt; he’s our lead IBM Cognos Business Analytics consultant with over 10 years of experience working with the toolset at change++. In addition to his Microsoft SQL Server and web development skills, Matt’s managed projects for most of our clients. There’s not much he hasn’t dealt with in BI, and he's gaining quite a reputation as a trouble-shooter and fixer!
Matt’s favourite pastime is archery and he’s scarily accurate with the target!
Andy joined us in 2008 after gaining his degree in Computer Science. He's now a highly experienced IBM Cognos Business Analytics practitioner with Designer and Developer accreditations under his belt. Andy’s also an extremely thorough project manager and works with most of our major clients, including Travelodge, NSL and Noble Foods.
Away from work and when he’s not DIY-ing, Andy indulges his passion for ice hockey, real ales and heavy metal.
Prior to joining our busy support team in 2014 Kristian spent nine years working for a specialist retailer in a technical support role. As Support Manager he is the key contact for clients with queries relating to the systems we’ve developed and implemented.
Kristian’s always been interested in classic American cars and has recently indulged this passion, buying one of the very first right-hand drive Mustangs to be imported to the UK.
Connie joined us on graduating from Warwick Business School with an MSc in Business Analytics and Consulting to complement her BSc in Business Information Systems. She works alongside our Senior Consultants on a range of projects and has developed her capabilities in IBM Cognos Business Analytics and Microsoft SQL Server through accredited programmes and training.
When not at work, Connie pursues her passion for food and enjoys cooking a variety of Chinese dishes.
BI Systems Developer
Jason’s got a great deal of experience in data management, reporting and systems development. For more than 10 years he’s been coding SQL and querying databases, claiming “the tenacity to unravel anything and find the errors in data”.
As a father of three, the family take up most of Jason’s time, but when the children are asleep he exercises with weights, punches a punch-man or watches movies while learning new programming techniques/languages.
BI Systems Developer
Adding further strength to our expertise in Microsoft BI is Steven, who is skilled in all aspects of SQL Server and has developed several greenfield data warehouses. He is also an experienced Power BI developer, having built and delivered executive reports and dashboards.
Out of the office, Steven has a busy family life and enjoys finding places to get out and about with his baby son, and the family dog, Rocky, a lively Yorkshire terrier.
Business Development Manager
Karen’s been looking after our marketing and sales activities since 2000, so has witnessed how the business has grown from its early days. With much practical experience in marketing and an MBA, Karen works hard to make sure everything we do is client-focussed and will support the strong relationships we have with our clients.
When she’s not working Karen’s often found trying to improve her tennis (which she’s now accepted will only ever be ‘social’).
Heather manages our finances and contracts and takes care of everything to make sure the business (and the team!) runs smoothly. She spent the early part of her career working in IT so she’s our key contact working with IBM to maintain our Premier Partner status.
During the winter season Heather spends much of her spare time skiing and enjoying après ski in Châtel’s bars!
